To the attention of Lviv Polytechnic researchers!
The University Project Office invites you to participate in the information seminar «Financial aspects of participation in the Erasmus+ projects», which will take place offline on April 18, 2024.
During the event, its participants will deepen and improve their knowledge on the development of internal cost estimate and the formation of expenditure items of the budget of Erasmus+ projects in accordance with the requirements.
The information seminar will cover the following issues:
- General requirements for the formation of the international project budget.
- Formation of the article «Personnel costs» (taxes withheld from wages, experience of foreign countries, forms of payment according to planned activities).
- Formation of the article «Subcontracting expenses».
- Formation of the article «Acquisition costs» (per diems, equipment, other goods, works and services).
- Formation of other categories of costs and indirect costs.
The event will take place in room 217 in the main building of Lviv Polytechnic. It starts at 15:00.
