On October 10–11, 2024, the Department of Theoretical and Applied Psychology, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University (57 Viacheslav Chornovil Avenue, academic building 36) will host the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference «Psychological Conditions of Well-Being of the Personnel of Organizations».
The main directions of the conference:
- psychological factors of personal well-being in the conditions of war;
- conditions for preserving the psychological well-being of organization’s personnel;
- modern problems of organizational and economic psychology;
- the role of the psychological service of education in the formation of psychological well-being in the conditions of war;
- the role of international organizations in preserving the psychological well-being of forcibly displaced persons;
- current challenges of organizational and economic psychology in the context of the European integration course of Ukraine.
The conference will be held offline with online participation for speakers from other countries of the world.
