The 3rd International Conference on Energy-optimal Technologies, Logistics and Safety in Transport, organized jointly with the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, Dnipro, Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw, and the Railway Research Institute, Warsaw, took place on November 9–10, 2023. The event was held under the patronage of the reform support team at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» on the basis of the Department of Railway Transport, the Department of Transport Technologies and the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport, Lviv Polytechnic National University.

At the conference, there was an exchange of experience and the unification of efforts of researchers and practitioners in the transport industry in the areas of interoperability and safety, energy saving and energy efficiency, environmental safety, barrier-free access to transport infrastructure, logistics, modeling and computer engineering, modernization and repair of transport, materials science and determining the resource of structural elements for the rapid post-war recovery of Ukraine and deepening the integration of the national transport network into the Trans-European transport network.
