On September 19, 2019, the Head of ACCA delegation to Ukraine, Belarus and Caucasus Janet Onishchuk and Regional Development Manager Viktoriia Volotovska paid a visit to the Department of Accounting and Analysis at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is an international professional accounting organization that provides qualifications for employees in the areas of Finance, Audit, Management and Accounting.
Representatives of the organization met with Professor Ihor Yaremko, the Head of the Department of Accounting and Analysis, and discussed the problems of education in the field of Accounting and Tax Accounting as well as opportunities for students in cooperation with ACCA.
After a business meeting with the leadership of the Department, there was an interesting and fruitful meeting with accounting students, who were shown a presentation about ACCA, its certification requirements, exam structure and requirements for its preparation.
