On September 23, 2022, the Fourth International Scientific and Practical Conference «Constitutionalism in Conditions of War» was held on the basis of the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law, Constitutional and International Law, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education.
The purpose of the conference was to exchange the ideas of scientists regarding the prerequisites and causes of the Russian-Ukrainian war, to study and discuss topical issues of ensuring the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, maintaining social and political stability, and ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.
Professor Volodymyr Ortynskyi, Doctor of Juridical Science, honored lawyer of Ukraine, Director of the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, addressed the participants of the scientific meeting with a welcome speech.
