On October 15, 2022, the inauguration of the 2022/2023 academic year took place at the Białystok School of Economics, Republic of Poland. At the invitation of the Rector and the Senate of this institution of higher education, Professor Oleh Kuzmin, Director of the Institute of Economics and Management, Lviv Polytechnic National University, joined the celebrations. He gave a speech «War as a Factor of Turbulence in the Economy of Ukraine and European countries». This year’s theme of the inauguration was dedicated to the problems of the development of the national economy under the influence of the war.
The Institute of Economics and Management, Lviv Polytechnic, has been closely cooperating with the Białystok School of Economics for more than 10 years in various directions, in particular within the framework of the double diploma program.
