On April 28, 2023, the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutionalism, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, held the Third International Scientific and Practical Conference «Independence of Ukraine: Human Rights and National Security», which was attended by well-known foreign and Ukrainian scientists and practitioners in the field of national security and human rights.
The purpose of the conference was to discuss current scientific and practical issues related to encroachment on state sovereignty, national security of Ukraine and violations of human rights in connection with the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine and formulation of proposals for improving the legal mechanism for ensuring human rights in Ukraine.
