Due to the strengthening of quarantine measures and in accordance with the recommendations of the Regional Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies of October 13, 2021, Lviv Polytechnic adopted an Order to transfer to online learning.
– Now the number of students suffering from acute respiratory disease COVID-19 at Lviv Polytechnic is significantly increasing. Accordingly, the number of academic groups that are in self-isolation is growing. Today, at Polytechnic there are more than a hundred academic groups which study online. To stop this tendency, and taking into account the fact that schools arrange vacations from October 18 to 31 by the decision of the City Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies, we are transferring to online learning during this period. We hope that this will contribute to the fact that in two weeks all groups will be able to return to a mixed form of study, – explained Oleh Davydchak, Vice-Rector for Graduate Education.
