- forming Ukrainian human resources in the field of Cyber Security:
- supporting universities to increase cyber security professionals and improve the quality of their education;
- upskilling cyber security experts via educational and practical trainings;
- establishing relationships between Ukrainian HEIs and the international academic community;
- cyber security market development;
- support for the launch of an updated State Center for Special Communications and Information Protection.
The USAID project «Cyber Security of Critical Infrastructure of Ukraine» is the first USAID bilateral cyber security project for 4 years, with a total budget of $ 38 million.
