Lviv Polytechnic National University, together with Kingston University London, is a partner of the Erasmus+ KA1 – International Credit Mobility project. According to the terms of the project, students of the International Economic Relations speciality of the Department of Management and International Business of Lviv Polytechnic have the opportunity to study one term (3 months and a half) at Kingston University in the 2018/2019 academic year.
Among the master’s students there were selected the two most motivated. One of them, Mariia Kryzhanovska, shared her first impressions of studying at Kingston University:
– Studying at Kingston Business School according to the Erasmus + program is a great opportunity to get an invaluable learning experience in another system, improve your language skills and have plenty of new acquaintances. There are students of more than 30 nationalities. You can find all necessary materials and conditions for study directly at the university building. In the library you can not only take the book, but also laptops. There are enough stationary computers and large areas for quiet study. For us, it became our second home. We can study here until late in the evening and in the morning go to the library again.
In the lobbies and libraries there are small cafeterias and plenty of places to drink coffee, eat, or just spend time with friends. Student associations are constantly organizing various meetings, trips, workshops for student leisure. Lectures here last for 3 hours, but mostly time flies imperceptibly. Also there is a free bus for students within Kingston, which is very convenient.
The fact that London is rainy and foggy is probably a myth, as we have the opportunity to see this beautiful city in all its glory and with good weather.
