Information resource Scopus.org.ua has released an updated version of the Ukrainian university ranking by scientific activity till January 2019.
It also gives citation indicators of higher education institutions of Ukraine in Scopus. The ranking is done according to the h-index (Hirsch index, h is the number of papers that have each been cited at least h times), and within it – according to the number of citations.
In a new ranking Lviv Polytechnic National University has 42 points according to the Hirsch index and occupies the eighth position. This is one position higher than in 2018, and two positions higher compared to 2017.
