On March 19, 2021, a meeting was held between Professor Volodymyr Ortynskyi, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Director of the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Professor Yurii Kozlovskyi, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Innovative Education, Professor Nataliia Mukan, Associate Professors Oleh Stechkevych and Oleksandr Zakhariash and the staff of the British-American Innovation Center.
Representatives of the Center with the support of Domar Travel Education made a presentation of an international project related to British and American education in Ukraine, and said that subject to further cooperation, Lviv Polytechnic will be the first in Ukraine to receive British accreditation.
The advantages of this accreditation are:
- joining the best university programs in the United Kingdom;
- opportunity for Ukrainian students to receive a degree from a university in the United Kingdom without leaving Ukraine, or, if desired, to study for two years in Ukraine and one year in the UK.
In addition, at the meeting they discussed the possibility of obtaining international certification for academics of higher education institutions in Ukraine through the relevant online courses on the CredEd platform and participation in the US High School Diploma in Ukraine.
