Project Advisory Board (PAB) is an independent external board comprised of esteemed experts in the fields related to the scope of Open4UA, with which the consortium regularly consults on issues regarding project implementation.
- Prof. Oleksandra Antoniuk, Chairwoman of the Scientific Committee of the National Council of Ukraine for the Development of Science and Technology, Leading Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Ukraine).
- Dr. Yulia Bezvershenko, Co-founder at Science at Risk, Ex-Director General, Directorate of Science and Innovation, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Ukraine/USA).
- Dr. David Mellor, Director of Policy at the Center for Open Science (USA).
- Dr. Tony Ross-Hellauer, leader of the Open and Reproducible Research Group (ORRG) at Graz University of Technology, Senior Researcher at Know-Center (Austria).
- Dr. Reda Cimmperman, Ombudsperson for Academic Ethics and Procedures of the Republic of Lithuania, Former Scientific Secretary at Research Council of Lithuania (Lithuania).
