T&M Program offers mentoring and tutoring support in a wide range of subjects and topics commonly presented in HEIs. Specific offerings may vary depending on available mentors.
As for now, 12 mentoring and tutoring schemes are developed, namely:

- Mentoring for IDPs and other relocated students
- Business and Startup mentoring
- Green Deal mentoring
- Local government-led mentoring
- Young teacher mentoring
- Digital tutoring/mentoring
- First-year student tutoring
- Gender mentoring (Women in Science)
- Internationalization tutoring for outgoing students
- Buddy tutoring (international students, cultural and religious diversity)
- Mentoring for students with disabilities
