The Center for International Education at Lviv Polytechnic has organized the Day of European Union Programs «International & Erasmus Day».
On this occasion, on June 5, a number of seminars took place at University, where 11 international programs were presented. Students, postgraduates and scientific and pedagogical representatives of our university attended the event.
Such international programs as DAAD (Germany), Fulbright (USA), OeAD (Austria), Melvana (Turkey), Leopolis for future (Poland), French government programs, NAWA (Poland), Erasmus + KA1, Erasmus + KA2, Erasmus + Jean Monnnet, Erasmus + Youth (EU) were presented at the event. The coordinators of the projects shared detailed information about their organizations, told Polytechnicians about the peculiarities of studying in the countries they represent, advised how to properly fill in and submit documents for participation, revealed the secrets of achieving a successful result, etc. In addition, everyone could personally talk with the representatives.
Olesia Husak, a representative of Austrian OeAD, was a good motivation example for students. The girl is still studying, however, due to her active participation in various scholarship programs, she was taken to work for the OeAD. The student shared her own experience with colleagues and gave some advice.
A nice bonus for the visitors was the lottery from Erasmus+: at the end of each presentation, by drawing lots, the organizers chose the winner who received a planner.
