The second part of the additional practical course of advanced professional development in the field of Accounting and Taxation from PricewaterhouseCoopers, an international auditing company, has been started for the third- and fourth year bachelor students and the first- and second-year master students of the Department of Accounting and Analysis, Lviv Polytechnic National University. By June 2020, there will also be classes on FinTech, business fraud detection, transformation of accounting and financial statements of an enterprise in accordance with IFRS, the use of MS Excel in the work of the auditor etc.
During the classes, students solve practical problems based on real data from national and foreign companies, have the opportunity to receive answers to their questions from the Heads of the Departments and leading PwC professionals who interest them as future employers, as well as receive prizes and new opportunities for their professional development.
The most successful trainees will be invited by the Head of Audit Department, PwC Lviv SDC, to undergo an internship in the summer of 2020 at one of the international Big Four accounting firms (with the possibility of employment).
