On October 19, the project "Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Dissemination of European Experience" Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module was officially opened!
Doctor of Economics, professor of the Department of Marketing and Logistics Yevhen Krykavskyy spoke about the relevance and importance of implementing the project thanks to the EU program, as well as the opportunities for Ukraine.
Academic coordinator, PhD, assoc. prof. Nataliya Hayvanovych presented to the participants the main ideas and goals of the project, the target audience, and the activities planned within the framework of its three-year implementation. The key goals of the project are:
1. Dissemination of the European experience of implementation of the best logistics practices.
2. Providing the target audience with professional knowledge on the European practice of supply chain management.
3. Promotion of the European approach to ensuring the integration of science, business and government.
Students of Lviv Polytechnic National University are one of the target audiences of the project. Representatives of the six groups who chose the course "Basics of Logistics" have already started studying it according to the updated program - they attend lectures and perform practical assignments. The first lessons were active and interesting!
