Dear Polytechnicians!
This year, by slowing down the frantic pace of life, in silence, together with our loved ones, we have the opportunity to experience the resurrection of Christ more deeply and to rethink the significance of tradition and true faith in our lives.
But hope and confidence in the victory of love over evil remain unchanged. «Don’t be afraid!» – the words Jesus repeatedly chided the disciples because of their fear – today they sound special to us, because, as never before, we need His support.
Because of our physical isolation we have no right to dissociate ourselves from the feelings and pain of our neighbours. There are lots among us for whom this Easter, as Pope Francis said, will be time of loneliness and anxiety. That is why today we have to feel more deeply the need of those who are in trouble and to support them.
We have many Easter traditions: from year to year we meet on Holy Week, greet each other, and together we rejoice in the Resurrection of Christ ... No one can stop this joy! So, despite some restrictions, we will not stop sending our greetings and heartfelt congratulations and sharing the light of this great feast.
May your families never lack love, may your homes be filled with happiness, joy and prosperity. May the Risen Christ bless our country with peace and prosperity!
Christ is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
