To the 140th anniversary of the engineering mechanics graduation Lviv Polytechnic University organized a conference.
On October 11–12, the Department of Mechanics and Automation of Mechanical Engineering of the Institute of Engineering Mechanics and Transport organized the XVII International Scientific and Technical Conference Vibration in Engineering and Technology.
Scientists from forty technical universities and colleges in Ukraine, scientists from Poland, as well as representatives of those companies, which use vibration technology in their manufacture, attended the conference. Participants exchanged their experience on the use of vibrations in technological processes, simulations of oscillatory systems, vibration protection, etc.
