The Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology hosted the first lecture from the British Law Center in Lviv.
It was read by Steve Terrett, the head of the British Law Center, who told why lawyers need to learn English. He also explained to the audience the differences between British, Scottish and Irish law and why we study British.
Dr. Terret emphasized the opportunities which students can use. These are the programs of inter-university exchange with other countries, as well as Work and Travel.
In total, there will be eight classes from the British Law Center in Lviv Polytechnic, each will last about four hours. All lectures will be conducted in English in an interactive form. The next class will be held on January 21, and the final – in September.
