A Memorandum of Understanding between Lviv Polytechnic National University and Juris Angliae Scientia at Cambridge University was signed at the Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology.
The memorandum provides the establishment of the British Law Center based on the Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology at Lviv Polytechnic and the implementation of one-year Diploma Programme in English Law and Practical Legal Skills (in the English language) from October this year.
The main purpose of the diploma programme is to study core issues of English law (including contract law, tort, trusts and others) and build a portfolio of practical legal skills, including case management, legal writing, contract drafting, oral advocacy, debating, mooting, interview skills and others.
