The Center for International Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, reports that the US Department of State launched a competition for participation in the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program with a component for Ukrainian students STEM and Entrepreneurship» (UUAESE) for the first- and second-year bachelor’s students in the 2022–2023 academic year.
Requirements for candidates:
- have Ukrainian citizenship;
- live in Ukraine and study in a higher education institution of Ukraine in the first-second year (full-time);
- be of legal age as of August 1, 2022;
- have a complete secondary education obtained in Ukraine;
- speak English at a level sufficient for learning and communication in an English-speaking academic environment;
- meet the requirements for obtaining a visa of an exchange program participant (J-1) to enter the United States;
- return to Ukraine after completing the Program and continue their studies at a Ukrainian university.
Applicants need to register on the Program website to access the online application form to participate in the Program.
