The Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites Ukrainian researchers to participate in two webinars on October 9 and 10, 2023, which are organized jointly with the Elsevier Publishing Company.
This event is held for researchers from Ukraine in order to support them during the war, and to promote Ukrainian journals and scientific publications in the Scopus database, which is owned by Elsevier. Leading specialists responsible for policy, ethics, quality and level of publications in Scopus journals will hold two webinars for representatives of Ukraine. You can ask questions and get answers regarding the promotion of journals and your own publications.
The webinars will be interesting for:

- librarians
Topics of webinars:
- October 9, Monday, 15:00 (Ukrainian time) – a session for journal editors on the role of editors, topics for scientific research, open access, interdisciplinary research and collaboration, indexing, and ways to journal recognition;
- October 10, Tuesday, 15:00 (Ukrainian time) – a session for Ukrainian researchers on best practices in writing manuscripts, scientific communications, identifying appropriate journals, best practices in peer-reviewing scientific articles, innovations in peer-review, and ethics training.
