Academics of the Department of Administrative and Financial Management at Lviv Polytechnic National University Associate Professors Oksana Perkhach, Veronika Karkovska, Oksana Khymych, Yurii Blynda and representative of Tech StartUp School Yana Levytska, who are currently at Kingston University London as coaches under the Creative Spark program from British Council, participated in the Bright Ideas hackathon.
The main participants were university students, and coaches were entrepreneurs and top managers of business structures and government agencies in London. The main purpose of the event is to develop students’ creative and practical skills in creating a startup – from idea to product.
Representatives of Lviv Polytechnic actively participated in this event, helping students identify the benefits of the proposed startup idea, create a business model canvas and prepare a good pitch presentation of their idea.
Before this, Polytechnicians also participated in Digital Catapult workshops and such business games as Networking, Innovative and Marketplace.
