Lviv Polytechnicians can get interested in the works of researchers of Stepan Gzhytskyi National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies of Lviv, related to the development and implementation of engineering and technical solutions in the equipment and processes of processing industries.
Representatives of the Department of General Technical Subjects, the University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies, approached the Project Office of Lviv Polytechnic with an initiative to deepen the cooperation. The main scientific direction of the Department is the development, research and improvement of energy- and environmental-saving technological processes, materials, nodes and details of technological equipment of processing industries, in particular:
- intensification and optimization of hydromechanical and diffusion processes of the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries through the use of surfactants;
- development and research of thin-film gas- and photosensitive structures for converting devices of electronic equipment;
- study of the use of elastic-plastic materials in the nodes of the technological equipment of the food and processing industry.
On August 22, the Project Office, Lviv Polytechnic, held a meeting with the Ukrainian scientist and inventor in the field of electronic engineering and physics Bohdan Tsizh, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, academician of the Communications Academy of Ukraine, head of the Department of General Technical Subjects, the University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies.
They talked about the possibilities of preparing joint project initiatives related to the use of microelectronics devices, in particular selective gas sensors, photoconverters, optical media and other devices.
