Lviv Polytechnic launches the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Project «European Experience in Technology Transfer For Ukrainian Universities» 611679-EPP-1–2019–1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE (ExTech), implemented by the Department of Management and International Business (IEM) and Department of Administrative and Financial Management (IAPE). Project Manager Ihor Oleksiv presented to the representatives of leading Ukrainian universities information about the purpose, structure and main activities of the project.
Representatives of the National University «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy», Semen Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi Mykolaiv National University, Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Institute of Social and Political Psychology of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry of the NAS of Ukraine and Institute for Condensed Matter Physics of the NAS of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the event, a webinar was organized for universities representatives of the Western region of Ukraine in order to attract a wide range of partners, to disseminate information on opportunities provided by the project and to promote the commercialization of innovative ideas. It should be noted that hosting a webinar with a large number of participants was made possible by equipment purchased within the Erasmus+ KA2 project «Structuring cooperation in doctoral research, transferrable skills training, and academic writing instruction in Ukraine’s regions»/ DocHub № 8 574064-EPP-1–2016–1-LT-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP.
All present emphasized the importance of studying and disseminating European best practices in technology transfer, sharing their own experience in the field and outlining the most significant challenges of today.
