On February 10, 2021, the Department of International Information, Lviv Polytechnic National University, will host a webinar on «Scholarship Programs of the Faculty of Oriental at the University of Warsaw: the experience of participation from academic staff of the Department of International Information at Lviv Polytechnic».
Speakers:
- Taras Poliovyi, Assistant at the Department of International Information, Candidate of Political Science, Fellow of the Visegrad Scholarship Program and the Fellowship Program of the Polish Committee for the UNESCO;
- Liubomyr Khakhula, Assistant at the Department of International Information, Candidate of Historical Sciences. In 2010–2011 he underwent his internship at the University of Warsaw under the Scholarship program for young scientists of the Government of the Republic of Poland. He is a graduate of the Summer School of the Center for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw (2017) and in 2019 he received a four-month internship under Ivan Vyhovsky Award.
The webinar will deal with the grant opportunities for scholarship programs and awards from the Center for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw. In particular, academic staff will share their experience in implementing scholarship programs: from the application stage to its completion, with an emphasis on the prospects it opens.
