The Project Office, Lviv Polytechnic National University, offers to prepare a project application for the competition «Research and Innovation. Integration of new technologies in education and training» from the European Union programme «Horizon Europe».
Project proposals must support the targeted and pedagogical use of new technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and robotics in education and training to promote digital literacy, critical thinking, design thinking and creativity.
Projects must:
- focus on how different students perceive the process of digital enhanced learning and determine the impact of digital technology on the acquisition of basic skills;
- identify barriers, opportunities and framework conditions for the successful implementation of new technologies in educational practices, including the necessary innovative skills for teachers and academic staff;
- concern the active participation of educators in the formation and joint design of educational and training technological products and tools;
- outline the support needed by educational institutions to develop innovative study programs for teachers in order to increase their future digital competence and confidence.
Budget: 9,000,000 euros.
