On June 6, 2018, professor Mariia Pryshliak, rector of the Ukrainian Free University in Munich, visited Lviv Polytechnic National University where she met with rector Yurii Bobalo, vice-rector for Education and International Relations Oleh Matviikiv, director of the International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations Iryna Kliuchkovska, head of the Center for International Education Nataliia Hotz and head of the Department of Ukrainian Language Zoriana Kunch.
During the meeting, they discussed the development of academic cooperation between Lviv Polytechnic and Ukrainian Free University, as well as possible ways of implementing joint projects and initiatives, in particular, academic internship programs for students, postgraduates and lecturers. They reached an important agreement about establishing relationships and developing cooperation with foreign migration research centers, and so on.
Mariia Pryshliak’s visit to Lviv Polytechnic as a part of preparation for the UFU centenary celebration ended with meetings with the staff of IECDR and the students of the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
