Dear entrants!
Admissions Office of Lviv Polytechnic National University informs that registration for Single Entrance Exam and the Unified Professional Entrance Examination (ZNO) for master’s entrants starts at 9:00 on May 12 and ends at 18:00 on June 5, 2020.
To register for SEE/UPEE (ZNO) for entrants for master’s degrees on the basis of a higher education (educational qualification level) obtained in another speciality (field of study), it is NOT NECESSARY to pass additional entrance exams in the form of an interview!
Within the time allowed for registration, the entrant must send to the e-mail address of the Admissions Office entrance@lpnu.ua scanned copies (photocopies) of the following documents:
- an application form with the information necessary for the examination sheet; identity document;
- national identification number (except for persons who, due to their religious beliefs, refuse to accept the national insurance number);
- a document on the obtained degree of higher education (educational and qualification level) (for persons who completed their studies in previous years);
- medical certificate form 086–3/o (if necessary, create special conditions for external independent evaluation);
- photographs for documents (color or black and white) with an image corresponding to the age of the entrant;
- certificate on the planned completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in the year of entry (only for persons who this year are completing their studies in higher military educational institutions (institutions of higher education with specific conditions of study) issued at the place of study. The certificate must indicate the series number on the document on the basis of which the entry took place.
In the subject of the letter, the entrant must indicate the last name, first name, patronymic, and in the text of the letter last name, first name, patronymic (in full) and the national identification number (if any).
