On March 30, 2021, the College of Infocommunications, Lviv Polytechnic National University, hosted online a scientific and practical conference «Lviv in the context of centuries: the gallery of artists of Galicia», organized and conducted by college teachers.
The students of seven professional colleges of Lviv region: College of Infocommunications of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Stryi Professional College of Lviv National Agrarian University, Professional College of Telecommunications and Computer Technologies of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Monada Medical College in Lviv, Shashkevych Brody Professional Pedagogical College, Sambir Technical School of Economics and Informatics, Lviv College of Construction, Architecture and Design; and Mariupol Electromechanical Technical College took part in the conference.
Student researches covered a wide range of artists, namely: Ivan Trush, Johann Georg Pinzel, Olena Kulchytska, Solomiia Krushelnytska, Jozef Roth, Teodosiia Brydz, Lev Skop, Ihor Zavozin, Tamara Voloshenko and Borys Voznytskyi. Each report was original, informative and fascinating, aimed to comprehend the legacy of each artist mentioned in the reports.
Such works of teachers and students involved the creation of a platform for the dissemination of cultural heritage and talented people of Galicia.
