Last week, on 12–14 November 2024, Lviv Polytechnic hosted the Third All-Ukrainian Interuniversity Online Career Event «Time to Work 2024».
Back in the summer of 2022, we knew that times of great challenges were ahead. So, together with the Departments of Employment of leading Ukrainian universities, we made the only right decision – to consolidate joint efforts to implement and develop career initiatives to promote student employment. This is how the Time to Work career event appeared.
For the third year in a row, we have not only united again and again, but also improved the results: in 2024 there were 13 universities, 57 employers from various fields and more than 1,500 students from all over the country.
‘Time to Work 2024» is an event that opens up new career horizons for students. Three days of productive communication and an understanding that the labour market for first-time job seekers is not only alive, but also developing despite the realities of war. During the project, our partner businesses presented about 120 job offers for students and graduates. And with a team of like-minded people from the Departments of Employment, we have no doubt that there will be more to come!
