Taras Stadnytskyi is a well-known humorist, comedian and member of the V.I.P. Ternopil team. He is often recognized for his role as Volodka in the popular comedy TV series Tanka and Volodka. In his opinion, humour is not just another front line, but also an integral part of this war.
«Just look at how fast memes are created. Despite the terrible things that accompany the war, we try to find time for humour and laughter, because thanks to them we are overloaded, nullified, and get the opportunity to continue the struggle. Not only in the relatively peaceful rear, but also many of our military post humorous and funny videos. A few more soldiers thanked and wrote that they watch our videos during the rest time. It also inspires to do what we do», said Taras.
The actor also said that with the V.I.P. Ternopil team he organizes meetings and closes the needs for cars, bulletproof vests, thermal imagers, drones and ammunition at the request of units of the Armed Forces or at the request of friends who are currently fighting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
«Since the team is in Ternopil, and I live in Lviv, I support and provide materials for weaving bases for camouflage nets in the 4th academic building of Lviv Polytechnic (5 Mytropolyta Andreia Street). Therefore, if you have a few free hours and a desire to help, come on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00, and on weekends - from 11:00 to 18:00», said the famous comedian.
