On 21 February 2025, a graduation ceremony and award ceremony for the Junior MBA project participants took place in Zachariewicz Hall (room 214) in the main building of Lviv Polytechnic. Among the guests of honour there were Ivan Sobko, Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration (LRMA), Natalia Pipa, People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the IX convocation from the Holos party (Voice), Roman Khimiak, Head of the Youth and Sports Department, LRMA, Andriy Sorokivsky, Head of the Education Department of Halych and Frankivsk districts of Lviv, Oleh Davydchak, Vice-Rector for Graduate Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Oleh Karyi, Head of the Department of Management of Organizations, Lviv Polytechnic, Oleksandra Mokii, Head of Training and Development Office at ELEKS University, and Oleksandra Mandrysh, Coordinator of the MoloDvizh Programme.
The event was opened by Iryna Andrushkiv, Associate Professor at the Department of Project Management, the Institute of Public Administration, Governance and Professional Development, Associate Professor at the Department of Management of Organizations, the Institute of Economics and Management, Lviv Polytechnic, who is also the founder and manager of the Junior MBA project.
The Junior MBA project is being implemented within the Smart Space innovation space by Lviv Polytechnic National University and the NGO Maibutnie.in.ua with the support of the Youth and Sports Department of Lviv Regional Military Administration and the Education Department of the Lviv City Council. The project is being implemented as part of the implementation of the title «Lviv – European Youth Capital 2025» with the support of UNICEF Ukraine. The project partners are IT companies Sigma Software, ELEKS Software, and SoftServe, as well as Credit Agricole Bank.
The Junior MBA project has become a real platform for development, exchange of ideas, and search for inspiration. It helped young people not only gain knowledge but also find support, mentors and like-minded people. This is only the beginning of a long journey with new opportunities, challenges and achievements.
