Dear academic and pedagogical staff of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic"!
The Department of Pedagogy and Innovative Education of the Institute of Law, Psychology, and Innovative Education invites academic and pedagogical staff to participate in professional development courses for the 2023-2024 academic year under the qualification improvement program "Development of professional-pedagogical competence of higher education institution teachers".
The aim of the Professional Development Courses for academic and pedagogical staff is to develop the professional-pedagogical competence of teachers through the improvement of professional pedagogical training, deepening and expanding pedagogical knowledge, skills, and abilities based on their previously acquired educational qualification level and practical experience.
Upon completion of the professional development, a certificate is issued, which does not require confirmation/recognition and contains the title of the educational module and the number of hours (ECTS credits).
The thematic areas of the educational modules for the 2023-2024 academic year are as follows:
"Professionalism and ethics of pedagogical communication in modern higher education institutions" (30 hours, 1 ECTS credit).

"Pedagogical techniques of a modern higher education institution teacher as the basis of his pedagogical mastery" (30 hours, 1 ECTS credit).
