All project proposals will be evaluated by experts, on the basis of the award criteria:
- Excellence;
- Impact;
- Quality and efficiency of the implementation.
Each criterion will be scored from 0 to 5. The total number of scores is taken into account — total score for the three criteria. The total score will be subject to a threshold of 70%. When the total scores of project proposals are equal, priority will be based on scores for individual award criteria according to types of actions.
