On May 5, 2023, the Department of Administrative and Informational Law, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, held the III International Scientific and Practical Conference «Problems of Development of Administrative, Financial and Information Law in the Context of European Integration Processes».
The relevance of the event is undeniable, as on June 23, 2022, Ukraine was granted the status of a candidate for accession to the European Union, which materialized the prospects of joining the European community, contributed to further reforms, and became an incentive for the authorities and citizens. Currently on the agenda is the adaptation of national legislation to the European legal space, the practical introduction of visa-free travel in various areas, in particular sectoral integration, etc. The conference gave an opportunity to discuss various aspects of the declared topic of the event.
Professor Volodymyr Ortynskyi, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Doctor of Juridical Science, Director of the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Doctor of Law Sciences, addressed the conference participants with a welcome speech. Professor Mariia Blikhar, Doctor of Juridical Science, Head of the Department of Administrative and Informational Law, IJPI, also addressed the participants and outlined the main directions of the conference.
Thus, the participants had the opportunity to present their reports on the current problems of administrative, financial and information law in the context of European integration processes.
