Every student of Ukraine can get free access to Coursera courses – an online learning platform founded by Stanford University faculty.
The Coursera team was the first to respond to the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and already in March began cooperation: more than 6.5 thousand courses from 400 specializations were opened for Ukrainian students under the programs of the best universities and companies in the world.
Already more than 20 thousand students and teachers have joined Coursera and are successfully mastering online courses from Google, Meta, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, as well as such leading universities in the world as Yale University, California Institute of the Arts, Duke University, Erasmus University Rotterdam and others.
Today, the leaders in the number of the platform users among educational institutions are:

In March of this year, the MES developed a procedure for recognizing learning results using online education platforms, according to which each institution of professional pre-higher or higher education determines the algorithm for enrolling in online courses. Educational institutions can and already successfully list the results of online courses.
The platform will help the faculty supplement the main educational programs, and for students it will be an additional source of knowledge.
