The International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, Ukraine, is a co-organizer of the International Scientific Symposium «Forced Migration in the 21st Century: Challenges, Values, Reflections».
The event will take place on December 1–3, 2023 in the city of Augsburg, Germany, with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office. The aim of the Symposium is an interdisciplinary study and analysis of the causes, trends and phenomenon of modern migration caused by Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Thematic areas of the Symposium will be:
- Education, human rights and migration (section 1);
- Cultural dimension of migration (section 2);
- The impact of migration on socio-economic development (section 3).

To participate in the Symposium, you need to fill out the registration form till October 20, 2023.
The organizers invite all scientists, representatives of authorities, public and cultural figures, volunteers and all those interested in migration processes to participate in the event.
