The Ukrainian World Congress awarded Iryna Kliuchkovska, Director of the International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations of Lviv Polytechnic National University, UWC’s highest honour – the Medal of St. Volodymyr the Great «in recognition of an especially meritorious contribution in promoting Ukrainian heritage, identity and values, as well as for other significant endeavors».
The award ceremony was held at the grand opening of the XI UWC Congress in Kyiv on November 25, 2018, with the participation of the President of Ukraine, Vice Prime Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heads of Ukrainian churches, representatives of authorities, Head of Lviv Regional State Administration and 300 UWC delegates from 26 countries of the world.
