Yaryna Myrka, a student of the Department of Foreign Trade and Customs at Lviv Polytechnic National University, was invited by the French side to undergo an internship at the Hotels Prestige de Provence, located in Saint Rémy.
Improving her cooking skills, a University representative worked under the guidance of the chef who received the award from Gault & Millau, the most influential French guide that rates restaurants, wine and boutiques.
The internship included participation in workshops, in-depth study of the intricacies of French gastronomy and confectionery, analysis of consumer requests, cost of goods sold and much more.
